Description: Species of 7 to 15 mm. The male is larger than the female; it has the antennae longer and dilated femora.
Biology: Larvae feed on Quercus sp., adult on various flowers. They are on flight from April to July.
Distribution: Mediterranean species, up to Central Europe, Western Asia and Iran.
